1. Introduction

At TableHost, we provide restaurants with a subscription-based service to facilitate table reservations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which restaurants may modify or cancel their subscriptions and the associated refund conditions.

2. Subscription Cancellations

- Restaurants can cancel their subscription with TableHost by providing a written notice at least one (1) month in advance.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email to admin@tablehost.co.uk or through the TableHost business portal.
- The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after the one-month notice period.

3. Refund Policy

- No refunds will be issued for any payments already made, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fees.
- Payments made for the subscription service are non-refundable, even if the restaurant decides to discontinue the service before the end of the billing cycle.
- TableHost does not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

4. Modifications to Subscription Plans

- Restaurants may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time.
- Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the difference in plan costs.
- Upgrades will be charged immediately, and the new plan will take effect upon payment confirmation.

5. Termination by TableHost

- TableHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate a restaurant’s subscription if there is a breach of our terms of service.
- No refunds will be issued if a subscription is terminated due to policy violations or non-compliance with agreed-upon terms.

6. Changes to This Policy

- TableHost reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the app or website.
- Continued use of the service after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
